# Photo viewer

Most vaults are built to hide photos. Mavaul is also built for going back to them. The viewer works like Photos on the iPhone: tap the edges to flick through, pinch or double-tap to zoom, pull down to drop the photo back into the grid. Or start a slideshow and let it play.

## How to use it
1. Tap a photo in the grid to open it. Tap the right or left edge for the next or previous one, or swipe.
2. Pinch or double-tap to zoom. Pull down to close, and the photo slides back to its spot in the grid.
3. Start a slideshow. A thin progress hint shows when the next photo is due. Swipe to another photo and the show carries on from there. Tap and hold to pause.
4. Back in the grid, tap Select and drag across to pick dozens of photos at once, like in Photos.

## Good to know
- Photos are decrypted as you open them, and the decrypted copies are cleared when the vault locks.
- Edits stay inside the vault. Nothing is written to the Photos app unless you export.

## Questions
### Does Mavaul have a slideshow?
Yes. It shows a progress hint for the next photo, keeps going when you swipe, and pauses when you tap and hold. Premium lets you set 1 to 30 seconds per photo.

### Can I zoom into photos in the vault?
Yes. Pinch or double-tap, like in Photos.

### Can I edit photos without leaving the vault?
Yes, with Premium: exposure, brilliance, contrast, shadows and brightness, plus crop. Edits stay encrypted in the vault.

### Can I select many photos at once?
Yes. Tap Select and drag a finger across the grid.
